To serve as a repository of print and non-print cultural and historical data of the province and provide adequate, timely, relevant information

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To preserve and provide access to information and resources.

• Expand digital literacy for all ages.

• Increase the collection of diverse and relevant materials including E- books and online databases.

• Ensure accessibility for individuals with special needs through assistive technologies and adoptive formats.

2. To make the public library conducive to learning and literacy.

• Offer variety of educational program workshops and events for all ages and interest.

• Partner with community organizations to provide resources to support local needs.

• Create spaces for community gatherings, meetings, and social interactions.

3. To satisfy their informative and recreational needs.

• Develop age- appropriate programming for children, teens and adults

• Offer diverse selection of recreational materials.

• Partners with the local schools and community groups to offer educational and recreational programs.
